A CV tells an employer what you've studied or where you've worked. A project that's live online shows what you can do, and it gives an interviewer something concrete to ask you about.
You leave the workshop with one, and with your CV, portfolio and LinkedIn profile rewritten around it, so a recruiter can see what you're capable of in the first few seconds.

If you're changing career you already have the part that takes longest to learn: years of knowing how a sector works and what the people in it need. The workshop starts there, finding where those skills fit in tech.
Then it puts the AI tools in your hands to develop an idea from them. For a longer route, the one to one intensive and the three month apprenticeship pick up where the workshop stops.
