Privacy notice

Version 1, 24 August 2026. This covers this website and what happens when you book.

Who is responsible

Vantage runs independently. It is not a limited company or a registered charity, and it is not part of any other organisation.

To reach the organiser, send a message on WhatsApp at +44 7876 265264.

The sessions themselves have a separate privacy notice, handed to you on paper at the first session. This one covers the website only.

What this website collects

Nothing. This website has no forms, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing is stored on your device.

What happens when you book

Booking and payment are handled by Eventbrite on their own pages. The details you give and your card details go to Eventbrite, not to this website, and Eventbrite's own privacy policy covers what they do with them.

From your booking we receive your name, email address and which session you booked, and we use it to hold your place and to send you the joining details.

Why we use it

  • To hold your place and contact you about the sessions. Necessary to provide what you booked.
  • To add you to the Vantage WhatsApp group, if you ask. Your consent, which you can withdraw by leaving the group.
  • To keep a record of the payment. A legal obligation.

Who sees it

Eventbrite, because they take the booking and the payment. Nobody else outside Vantage. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

  • Your name, contact details and booking: three years after the last session, then deleted.
  • Payment records: six years, which is what HMRC requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to stop using it, or ask for it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason.

Send a message on WhatsApp. We answer within one month and there is no charge.

If you are unhappy

Tell us first and we will try to sort it out. If you would rather not, or you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
